I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED, IS THIS?


You have the right to make a return request for your order - up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt - (this can be done via the email address: info@pjrcare.nl)

After submitting the return request, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. To do this, follow the steps below. Clearly state your order number, name and the product concerned in the return request.

 

If the products ordered online do not meet your expectations (with the exception of damage or incorrectly delivered items), or you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can return the order. However, three rules apply for the return of cosmetic products:
 

  1. Cosmetic products are so-called hygiene products and may only be returned if they are unopened and unused;

  2. You can return a product if you request a return within 14 days of receipt

  3. Shipping costs of your return shipment are for your own account.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT / RECEIVED THE WRONG NUMBERS, WHAT NOW?
 

In case of incorrectly delivered products or incorrect quantities, you can return your order free of charge, provided you contact our customer service within 48 hours after delivery of your packageThey will discuss with you how the issue can be resolved.
 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OR COLOUR?
 

We do not exchange purchases for items and / or colour numbers other than your originally ordered item(s). If you prefer to receive a completely different product or colour number, you will have to return your purchase and order the desired products again in the webshop. However, this is only possible when the products are unused and unopened. The return costs are for your own account. When your return has been approved, we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

 

WHO PAYS SHIPPING COSTS WHEN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
 

If you want to return something because it does not meet your expectations, any shipping costs incurred are for your own account. Shipping costs incurred do not fall under the right of withdrawal. Incorrectly delivered products or products with something wrong can be returned free of charge. PJR Care is not liable for damaged or lost returns.
