All deliveries are shipped with our shipping partners Post.NL and/or partners, depending on the zone of the destination country. Items that have varying delivery times and if not agreed otherwise, we ship all items together. In this case, the delivery time is according to the article with the longest delivery time. The orders will be shipped Monday to Friday. Items will be shipped after we have received the payment.
A maximum order weight of 30KG applies to all zones.

Shipping: For deliveries within The Netherlands, we charge 6.95 Euro for shipping. From an order value of 35.00 euros, we offer free shipping within The Netherlands.
Zone 1B: Countries: Belgium & Germany.

Delivery time: approx. 1-3 working days
Shipping: For deliveries we charge 9.00 euros for shipping. From an order value of 40.00 euros for Belgium and Germany, we offer free shipping.
Zone 1C: Countries: Austria, Denmark, France, Italy & Portugal.

Shipping: For deliveries we charge 19.50 Euros for shipping up to 23Kg. For shipping from 23 to 30 kg we charge 22.50 Euros. From an order value of 125.00 euros, we offer free shipping.

Your order is processed in €uro When you checkout your payment will be processed in €uro and then converted. The financial institution that issues your credit card or PayPal determines the exact exchange rate charged and any fees. Currency switcher displayed prices are approximates. Your order invoice will display €uro.
Your shipping price does not include any import taxes/duties or miscellaneous charges incurred in your country. These are solely your responsibility.
If delivery of your package is refused for any reason, the package will be declared as abandoned.
No refund applies.
If you live in a remote area there may be an additional freight fee. We will advise this prior to shipping your order. This fee still applies with free shipping.
